Nestlé has been recognized in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index (GEI) 2022 for the fourth consecutive year. It achieved an overall score of 78%, up from 68% the previous year and above the average index score of 71%. The GEI measures gender equality across five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, anti-sexual harassment policies, and pro-women brands. We are pleased that our efforts to support and advocate for gender equality are recognized again in this year's index. We know that improving gender balance will lead to better decisions, stronger innovation, and greater job satisfaction.
